Friends and Followers Exporter support
Help with exporting lists, downloading CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files, and using Detailed Mode.
Common fixes
No profiles appear
Confirm that the selected friends, followers, or following list is visible to your Facebook account. Private or restricted lists cannot be exported.
The extension does not open
Click the Friends and Followers Exporter icon in your browser toolbar again. If nothing opens, refresh your browser and try once more.
The exported file does not open as expected
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. For CSV files, choose UTF-8 when importing. To preserve profile IDs and phone numbers as text, export again and choose Excel (.xlsx) from the Export menu.
Detailed fields are unavailable
Log in, check that your subscription is active, and turn on Detailed Mode before starting your export. Gender, birthday, email, phone, location, bio, category, and websites are included only when visible to your Facebook account. A profile may not share every field.
